Facilities

The Mountain's Edge Facilities department works tirelessly to take care of all of the parks, paseos, sidewalks and equipment within our jurisdiction. If you notice broken equipment in the parks, faulty sprinklers, water leaks, overgrown trees, graffiti or issues with the sidewalks, the Facilities team is who will set it to rights. We want Mountain's Edge to be beautiful for our residents, so do not be shy about contacting the Facilities team about what needs fixing in the neighborhood.

Design Review

Our Design Review team works with homeowners to process exterior home modification requests in a timely and streamlined manner. All requests are presented to the resident volunteer Design Review Committee, who do their utmost to preserve the aesthetically pleasing feel of Mountain’s Edge. If you have questions regarding your Design Review application or Rear Yard Audit notification please feel free to reach out for assistance.

Community Standards

The Community Standards team works diligently to educate homeowners about the Community Standards as well as the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) in order to keep the Mountain's Edge community looking beautiful and home values high. If you receive a letter from the Community Standards department please reach out so we can work together to resolve the matter.
