Community Garden
The Community Garden features both perennial and annual plots for members to grow their own crops and flowers. Send an email to [email protected] to inquire about availability. Contract Details
Courts
Several tennis courts and basketball courts are used often by both residents and leagues. Tennis courts are locked; members can purchase a key at the RCA Office or at the Oberon Pool.
The Carpenter Road courts have Pickleball too!
Fields
The game fields may be used by residents any time they are not already reserved. Sports leagues (and other organizations) should contact the RCA Office to arrange permission for use.
Oberon Pool
May 27 – September, 2023
At 8650 Carpenter Road, our heated outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. A valid Radisson ID is required, guests, accompanied by an RCA member, are welcome with a paid pass. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Complete Rules and Regulations are posted.
Hours of operation, for pool and Photo ID,may vary during the course of the season.

The pool office is open seasonally only. Please call them with any questions about swim lesson assignments 315-303-7229.
Parks, Pavilions & Tot-Lots
At each of our community parks there are ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, a large playground and a pavilion. Kerri Hornaday Memorial Park and Drakes Landing Park are both easily accessible from Drakes Landing Road and the pathway system. We also have several small play areas known as “Tot-Lots” scattered throughout the community.
Pavilion Rentals
Radisson’s pavilions may be used by members any time the parks are open, but must be forfeited to those with a rental contract. The pavilion at Kerri Park is used regularly for RCA Events, including our Summer Recreation Program. NOTE: Kerri Park is closed during RCA program hours. Contract Details
Retention Ponds (Stormwater Facilities)
Radisson has several beautiful ponds that function as a collection system for stormwater runoff. Fishing from Common Property is allowed, with a strict ‘catch and release’ policy. Our Stormwater Educational Pamphlet has some helpful tips and resources for residents and our official guidelines are in our Stormwater Retention Facility Policy.
River Park & Kayak Storage
Members enjoy private access to the Seneca River at Radisson’s River Park, 8940 River Road. There is a launch ramp for trailered boats, as well as a separate lower deck, for launching canoes and kayaks. The area is gated and locked; members can purchase a seasonal key at the RCA Office or at the Oberon Pool.

Storage Yards
For residents with trailers, RVs, boats and the like, we offer an outdoor storage facility in the center of community, 8799 North Entry Road. The area is fenced and locked; renters are able to enter as needed. The annual fee varies depending on the size of the lot. Contract Details
Trails
The Radisson Community features over 13 miles of paved pathways through some of the most beautiful nature scenes in Central New York. Our walkways are cleared and maintained year-round; they are plowed in the winter, though are not salted.
Radisson Common Property
Property owned by the Radisson Community Association is considered Common Property and is under the jurisdiction of the RCA Board of Directors. The RCA Maintenance staff mows, trims, repairs and otherwise maintains the open spaces, parking lots, buildings and pathways that comprise RCA common property. To let us know about an item in need of attention, please complete a Common Area Maintenance Request.
While the Association makes every attempt to keep the Common Property areas safe, residents should be aware that there may be naturally occurring dangers in the wooded areas and elsewhere on other Common Property.
