About
The Bartram Springs Community is located just off Race Track Road close to US 1 in Jacksonville, Florida.  While conveniently close to I-95 it is neatly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of more central Jacksonville locations.  This neighborhood boasts a large amenties facilitiy with swimming pools, fitness center, and community meeting rooms.  The community is comprised of single family and townhomes providing many excellent options for those desiring a home in the area.

Bartram Springs is made up of three Homeowners Assocations:  The Bartram Springs Master HOA, The Villages of Bartram Springs HOA, and The Villages of Bartram Springs II, HOA.  All single family and townhomes fall under the Master Assocation, while the two townhome communities have their own additional Assocations to assist in goverining the common areas that pertain to each.  This website is for the Master Association, for information pertaining to the Villages HOA's please visit www.floridianpropertymanagement.com.

The common areas, including all amenities & ponds are owned, operated, and maintained by the Community Development District or CDD.  The CDD is a form of local government created by the Florida State Legislature which has very specific, yet fewer powers than a city or county. There is a Board of Supervisors that currently meets once a month and the meetings are open to the public. In very general terms the CDD is responsible for what can be termed the common areas of the community, including but not limited to the amenity centers, storm water retention ponds, and parks. Concerns regarding District Property or Amenities should be directed to the Bartram Springs amenity Manager through email [email protected] or visit the website Click Here.
