CAS is hiring!
CAS is looking for energetic people to join the community management industry. We currently have vacancies for positions in office management, assistant community management, and full community management. CAI credentials are preferred, but we also value experience. For more information, please email [email protected].The CAS Difference
CAS is locally owned and operated by people with deep roots in the mid-Atlantic area. With two corporate offices -- one serving the north/central Maryland and Virginia, and the other providing management on the eastern shore of Maryland and Delaware, CAS staff is located conveniently for residents and board members. On-site management staff can also be provided for communities who desire it.
CAS can provide both portfolio managers and dedicated site managers, depending on the needs of our clients. For large-scale communities, CAS employs the only two CAI-credentialed large-scale managers in the state of Maryland. Both of these professionals provide ongoing mentoring and service to the entire CAS staff. All CAS managers and assistant managers are expected to continue their education throughout their careers. CAS actively supports the Community Associations Institute through committee leadership, participation on national boards, and presentations at national and regional conferences.
