CAS communities offer several payment options.
Auto-Debit - where you authorize CAS to contact your bank and make a withdrawal
On-Line Banking - where you authorize your bank to send the money
Checks and Coupons - where you use a check and coupon to send your money to a lockbox
PayLease - where you use a third party credit card processor to make a payment

To sign up for Auto-Debit, please visit your individual community's site.
On-Line Banking
If you pay your assessments on-line, please check the mailing address for your HOA payments to make sure your check is being mailed to the following address:

You may call the corporate office at 301-840-1800 to verify your balance if you are not sure, however balances are located under My Account - Payments within your community site.
Check and Coupon Payment
You may also pay your assessments by check, using the coupons or invoices sent by Community Association Services (CAS) or through your own bank's bill payer service.
To exercise this option, you will need to have your CAS account number - that can be found on the coupon or invoice that CAS sends to you.

PayLease Payments
PayLease is a third-party payment processor. To set up an account through PayLease:
- Go to www.paylease.com.
- Select Residents/Homeowners/Students – Make a Payment.
- Scroll down the options to Create Account and select that option.
- Input the name of your association under Search for Property. From the options presented, select your and click on This is My Property.
- Under New Users Registration, input your CAS account number, found on your payment coupon booklet. Your name will appear. Select it – even if it is the only option. To create your account, input your email, a password, and confirm the password. Select Create Account.
- Follow prompts to make a payment.
