We would like to take this opportunity to share information about the community and amenities that are offered, but most importantly welcome you to the Cedar Brook Condominium Association. Situated on approximately 50 acres of land immediately off of County Line Road in Branchburg, New Jersey, Cedar Brook consists of 250 condominium units within fourteen buildings. All units range from one bedroom, one bath to three bedrooms, two bath units.
Once primarily a farming community, Branchburg today is a picturesque blend of farmland and residential settings ranging from condominiums to homes on 10-acre parcels. A township of Somerset County, Branchburg is an attractive, high quality, residential municipality located in Central New Jersey. Branchburg is known for having quality public schools and many excellent private schools in the surrounding area. In addition Rutgers University, Rider University and Raritan Valley Community College are close by for easy of commuting.
This web site is a means of keeping our owners and residents informed of activities at Cedar Brook. It also permits us to provide up to date information on various projects approved by our Board of Trustees. Lastly, it provides quick information on various functions that take place at Cedar Brook.
