Custer Hill Estates is a well-established, family-oriented community in Allen founded in 1998, with beautiful amenities such as walking trails and our community pool. Custer Hill Estates is built within easy reach of shopping at The Village at Allen, entertainment at the Allen Event Center, and is a close commute to the DFW airport. 

Fun fact - The original township of Allen was located along the Houston and Texas Central Railroad. It was named for Ebenezer Allen, a former attorney general of Texas and one of the promoters of the railroad.
