This official website of The Fairways at Lake Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is known as both “Nabr” and “TaylorNow”.  Nabr Network is the company that produces and supports the website.  Taylor Management Company offers the website to its communities under the TaylorNow branding.

Check your email inbox for the TaylorNow-Nabr welcome email that is sent to Fairways homeowners, and follow its instructions to login with a temporary password and activate your Nabr account.
Does your Nabr account have two names (e.g. husband and wife) on the same account? Each person must have a separate account on the Nabr website.  Since Nabr primary owner accounts are automatically created for the deed holder(s) recorded in the Tops accounting system, they sometimes have two names when they’re created.  If your Nabr account has dual names, read the Separating Dual Name Accounts guide on how to create a separate Nabr household account for the second person.
Would you like to create additional Nabr accounts for household members and/or renters? Login and go to My Account > Settings.  On the left side of the webpage, click on Household Accounts to create a Nabr account for an additional member of your household, or click on Renter Accounts to create a Nabr account for a renter.  To watch a tutorial video about Household and Renter Accounts in Nabr, go to Community Pages > Videos.
Would you like to read instructions from Nabr on how to use the website’s features? Login and go to My Account > Support > Website & App FAQ.  These answers to Frequently Asked Questions provide more helpful information and tips.
Would you like to view a ledger of your HOA payment history? Login and go to My Account > Payments.  The payments ledger for each home is visible to the primary owner and household accounts for that home.  The payments ledger is not visible to renter accounts.
Would you like to track your work orders submitted to the Fairways Management Office? Login and go to My Account > Notices & Requests > Work Orders.  The work order tracking information on the website is updated every 24 hours.
Would you like to indicate your membership in a Club or Group on the website? Login and go to For Residents > Groups.  For any Club or Group, click the View Group button to view posts, events calendar, photos, and documents.  Click the Join button to join the Club or Group.
Would you like to install the TaylorNow mobile app on your smartphone or tablet? Login and click on the Get the App graphic that appears on the left side of many webpages.  The TaylorNow mobile app has most of the same features as the website.  Instructions are provided for installing the app on Android and Apple mobile devices.
Would you like to be notified when new posts are made to the Community Feed or to your Club or Group Feeds? Login and go to My Account > Settings > Notification Preferences.  You can set your notifications to be delivered by email, SMS text, or the TaylorNow mobile app.
