Golden Vista Resort is a 1075-lot RV Community located in the east end of the Phoenix Valley at 3710 S Goldfield Rd, Apache Junction, AZ.

The community is incorporated as “Golden Vista R.V. Resort Association, Inc.”, is referred to on the internet as “Golden Vista Resort Active 55+ Community”, and is governed by a seven-person Board of Directors elected by the membership.

HOA dues are $525 per quarter and include the following utilities: water, sewer, garbage.

The community is gated with 24-hour security and is age-restricted for adults age 55 and above.  All lots in the Community are individually owned by the members of the Association.
The mix is approximately 90% park models and the balance is open lots for conventional motor homes, trailers, and fifth-wheel trailers.

Lots are sold through the Realtor or directly by the owners. Approximately 20% of the lots are rented through the Realtor or directly by the owners.
