Helpful Explanation about Haile Village Center 

There are 3 “Other Associations” within Haile Village.

The Condo Associations listed below are also within the Haile Village Center. These Associations have their own Association Docs, their own Board of Directors, their own operating and reserve budgets, and pay their own separate assessments in addition to HVCOA assessments. These owners have two Assessment amounts that are likely not the same amounts and may be payable to two different association bank accounts.  Condo “issues” should be reported to the Condo Association manager listed below.

HVC Townhomes are not a separate Association. They do not have separate association “docs”, or a different Board of directors than HVCOA. The Haile Village Center Townhomes are governed by a Townhome Advisory Committee. The Townhome Owners do have a separate bank account than HVCOA. The Townhomes have a different annual budget, and so also pay an additional HVC Townhome Assessment each month. Townhome owners receive two separate coupons each year.
