Boulder Lake

Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep! 
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net. 
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Clubhouse Basketball Court

This basketball court is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake

Fishing Lake is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing! 
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

IMLCA Clubhouse

Our Clubhouse is home to our office, security and hall. Many social events take place here as well as our Board Meeting which is the 2nd Saturday of every month. Lunches are also served during the week and game afternoons are held here. For more information about those events please check out our calendar. 
There is also a lovely patio attached to the hall for members with picnic tables. 
The Hall is available for rent for our members for a fee. The maximum amount of people that can be in the hall is 125 per the fire code.

Main Lake

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman! 
Boat racks are available for members who have registered with the office. 
We also have boat launches located at Crescent Way and North Shore Drive. 
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool

A great place to spend a hot afternoon with family and friends! Includes a smaller kiddie pool for younger children.

Twin Lake

Twin Lake is 3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep. 
A great place to take a peaceful walk!

Watauga Lake

Watauga may be our smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!
