The Annual Meeting of the JCPPOA will be held June 7, 2023, at 6 pm, at the JCP CDD Amenities Facility - 350 Plantation Club Parkway, St. Johns, FL 32259.

In addition to the Election, there is a vote for a Proposed Amendment to the Governing Documents regarding restricting short-term rentals.  Please visit our Proposed Amendment Page for more information.
