Resale Disclosure Requests
If you are selling your home in Kingstowne, Virginia state law requires that you obtain and present the buyer a Resale Disclosure Packet. This information must be given to the buyer in advance of closing, and the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within three days after receiving the resale disclosure packet. Please note, requests are not processed at the Kingstowne business office.

Log onto www.homewisedocs.com to obtain the following items:
  • Resale Disclosure Packet.
  • PUD Questionnaire (Planned Unit Development).
  • Budget Information.
  • KROC's Master Insurance Declaration page/Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Insurance Declaration/Master Policy
Lenders needing KROC's Certificate of Insurance (COI) can use this link to make your request: Certificate of Insurance (sahouri.com).
 
Owners needing KROC's Certificate of Insurance (COI) can submit your requests by using the fillable form located in the Resources tab. Once completed, email or fax the form to Sahouri Insurance.

For condominium specific master policies, please reach out to the condo management company.

Demand Statement/Financial Update Requests

Recreation Facility Fee Policy
