The Meadows is a large scale homeowners association in Castle Rock, with over 7,000+ homes in our community. The Meadows is growing by 300+ homes per year. Our homeowners range from 1st time buyers to retired homeowners and homes are priced from the mid 200's-800's, making The Meadows a diverse and unique community. Our mission is to instill a small town, close-knit community atmosphere, to benefit all residents of the community, while providing high-quality events, programming and activities for our residents and those living in the surrounding areas. In keeping with this mission, The Meadows produces multiple, large-scale, landmark events during the year including EGGstravaganza, 4th of July Celebration, Music in The Meadows, PumpkinFest, and Holidays in The Meadows. Looking back, The Meadows is proud to have hosted over 30,000 people at our landmark events each year!

In addition to events, The Meadows also strives to bring quality classes, programming, and clubs to our residents and surrounding communities throughout the year at our Cultural-Arts Facility, The Grange. Making these types of educational, enriching activities accessible, and with little or no cost to attendees, is a major goal of the association and we look to sponsors to help us provide this benefit.
