JGCC Aquatics

Our family friendly, Junior Olympic swimming pool is home to the JGCC Dolphins swim team, creating a great social gathering location for our members during the peak swim season. The pool is open daily with heating elements to keep the pool facilities at an enjoyable temperature, extending our swim season to a year-round basis for our members. With a variety of programs, including adult water aerobics classes and lap lanes available, the pool becomes an ideal venue for fitness as well.

When the sun goes down, Jacksonville Golf and Country Poolside is also the place to be all summer long for its famous and ever popular “movie nights”, member events and special family holiday events.

JGCC Dining & Social

Jacksonville Golf and Country Club has earned the reputation for gourmet cuisine and friendly, professional service. Our members enjoy the private country club experience in all three dining venues. The Members’ Dining Room provides a relaxed atmosphere, while Mulligan’s Adult Bar is casual elegance at its finest. The Down Under Café offers a family friendly atmosphere and is perfect for breakfast and lunch.

The Club also offers outdoor dining on our wrap around veranda with fabulous views of the golf course and lake.

Our eclectic menu features a combination of contemporary flair with traditional favorites along with a hand-selected wine list that appeals to a wide variety of tastes. Club Dining is available six days a week including a selection of evening opportunities throughout the month from kid friendly Family Night to a more intimate Prix Fixe Menu Night.

Jacksonville Golf & Country Club’s social calendar is booked each month with literally dozens of special events with events from Adult Team Trivia, Outdoor Music and Entertainment Events, Karaoke Night, to Membership Mixers and Vintner’s Club Wine Tastings.

JGCC Fitness & Spa

The fitness center at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club is the first in North Florida to feature the innovative Hoist® ROC-IT line of selectorized equipment including Seated Dip, Chest Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Leg Press, Rotary Calf and Abs. Our fitness center also offers a Matrix Functional Trainer & Pull Up/Dip station, as well as a full line of Hampton Urethane plates and dumbbells, and a variety of cardio equipment outfitted with Cardio Theater 15″ personal viewing screens and DVD/CD/MP3 players. This state-of-the art equipment, combined with a variety of programs and certified fitness professionals, are here to help members meet their personal fitness goals. Additional fitness services include: customized personal training, teen health & fitness programs, and group exercise classes such as Spinning™, Zumba™, power pump, yoga, yoga-lates, cardio dance and water fitness. We also are now offering a full menu of TRX Suspension Training Classes on the group fitness class schedule.

Members also indulge with convenient on-premise massage therapy and a variety of spa services provided by licensed therapists and aestheticians. Services include European facials, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Therapeutic and Hot Stone Massage.

JGCC Golf

Jacksonville Golf and Country Club’s 18-hole championship golf course, with twin signature greens on holes 9 & 18 are only part of what makes up one of the finest private country club course layouts in the state. The pristine fairways and immaculately maintained course not only present the opportunity of great golf for players of all skill levels, but provides the centerpiece for one of North Florida’s most preferred golf communities. Designed by Clyde Johnston in consultation with PGA TOUR Professional, Fuzzy Zoeller, our course is both challenging for the more experienced golfer, yet enjoyable for the mid to high handicap player.

Offering seven sets of tees, including two family tees for our young and aspiring players, as well as a full calendar of golf focused events for men & women alike, golf at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club has become a sport that the entire family can enjoy.

JGCC Tennis

If tennis is your game, there’s no better place to get involved. With league play from levels A to D for men, women and juniors – no one gets left out. Members participate in an active calendar that offers a true balance of social and competitive play. Throughout the year we feature many events, clinics and camps for the avid players to enhance their game and to encourage beginners with a solid foundation.

Jacksonville Golf and Country Club’s tennis amenities feature 10 lighted Har-Tru courts with 2 stadium viewing areas and a full service Pro Shop with USPTA certified tennis professionals available for custom fitting services, repairs and expert instruction.

JGCC Youth Activities

Jacksonville Golf and Country Club has often been called the “hidden gem” in the Jacksonville club real estate world because of all of the activities and programs we offer to families.

Throughout the year junior members can take advantage of the many classes and camps. Dance, cheerleading and karate are offered year-round along with recreational and sport specific camps in the summer months.

Our ever popular Family Night offers an enjoyable family friendly and value priced dinner along with different entertainment each month to make family dinner an enjoyable experience for everyone!

KIDS’ CLUBHOUSE – The ultimate convenience for members! Our drop-in child care facility for children 6 months through 9 years of age is available to our members while on property. Enjoy peace of mind with our caring, qualified staff while enjoying Club amenities.

JUNIOR LOUNGE – Jacksonville Golf & Country Club Juniors, ages 10 and older, are welcome to enjoy the club facilities without parental supervision. Our Junior Lounge provides a great place to kick back and hang out with friends. The room is equipped with foosball, air hockey, board games and televisions.
