Woodland Parke was established as a family oriented facility to provide a fun and safe environment for the JGCC Property Owners Association members, hereinafter referred to as residents. The park is located within the gates of Jacksonville Golf and Country Club at the corner of Hunt Club Road and Station Creek Road. It has basketball and pickleball courts, soccer and baseball fields, outdoor grills, covered picnic tables and a children’s playground.

Woodland Parke will be open from 7:00 a.m. to dusk for residents and their guests. The closing hours will be subject to change for special scheduled events. No unauthorized persons are allowed on the park property after closing hours. Loitering is prohibited.

Proper behavior, proper attire, decorum and considerations of the rights and comforts of others must be observed at all times in Woodland Parke. All residents agree to abide by the rules.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the back pavilion, the ball fields and courts must be made by a resident calling MAY Management Services, Inc. at (904) 940-1002. This office will then prepare the necessary forms for signature and verify the reservation. The reserving resident must be present during the scheduled function. MAY Management Services, Inc. will post a reservation list weekly on the bulletin board of the main pavilion.

1. Pavilion reservations
The back pavilion may be reserved seven days a week, with a $20 reservation fee, per every 2 1/2 hours, and a $50 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded provided there are no damages and no remaining trash. A minimum of 48 hours is required to secure a reservation with MAY Management for the pavilion. The pavilion may not be reserved more than 90 days in advance. The pavilion may be reserved for the following time slots: 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.; 4:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.; 7:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. All refuse must be put into trash receptacles as stipulated in the function checklist, which will be included in the reservation packet sent to the reserving resident. The smaller covered area at the restrooms is on a first come, first serve basis and does not require a reservation or fee.

2. Fields and basketball court reservations
The fields and courts may be reserved during the week for one hour time slots. They may be reserved for up to a 90 day period. If someone wants to reserve a field or the courts for a concurrent 90 days, they will not be allowed to do so until the last week of the current 90 day period. The number of times per week a field or court can be reserved by the same person is two times. One area of the soccer field will always remain open for walk-up, non-organized play. If others are waiting, please be considerate and limit your time of play. The fields may be reserved from 4:00-5:00 p.m.; 5:00-6:00 p.m.; 6:00-7:00 p.m.; 7:00-8:00 p.m.; and 8:00-9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They cannot be reserved for weekend use. Weekend use is on a first come, first serve basis. The basketball courts may be reserved until 10:00 p.m. The baseball field and soccer field are not lighted.

3. Company function reservations
Company functions can be reserved with a $100.00 security deposit which will be held by MAY Management Services. To offset maintenance fees, company functions will be charged $25.00 per hour used. If available, a field or a basketball court may also be reserved in conjunction with the pavilion reservation for one hour. A certificate of insurance will be required by the JGCC Property Owners Association. Security deposits will be refunded in full or partially, depending upon inspection by MAY Management Services, Inc. A resident must be present during the function.
