PCA Member Subdivisions

 
The Preston Community Association, Inc. (PCA) is composed of thirty five member subdivisions or communities listed below.

The multi family communities: Kelton Square, Kelton II, Preston Grande Villas & Townhomes and Petra on the Green also have their own associations to maintain their common areas and buildings.  Preston Courtyards, a single family community, maintains its own HOA in addition to being a member of PCA.
