Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation establishes the corporation and defines its basic purposes and powers. It creates the Board of Directors and identifies the initial directors.
Bylaws
The Bylaws regulate the administration and management of the association. It defines the membership requirements, member voting rights, annual meeting requirements and voting procedures, election of officers, and general powers and duties of the board.
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs)
The CCRs Provides for the overall governing and establishes the relationship between owners and the association such as the "do's and don'ts", architectural control, and the purpose of the assessments and the manner which to collect.
Rules
As permitted by the CCRs, Rules are adopted by the Board of Directors to provide further clarification or additional regulations of the community.
