Property Owners Association Mission Statement:
The Rose Hill Property Owners Association is dedicated to preserving the Lowcountry environment while offering a broad variety of amenities and governing responsibly to protect property values and quality of life.
Rose Hill is a gated community staffed by security personnel around the clock. With a total of 996 home sites residents have a variety of residential lifestyle options. Quaint patio home communities, large golf fairway home sites and marsh waterfront estates with panoramic views of the Colleton River. Within the nearly 2,000 acres is a public 18-hole golf course, clubhouse and restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, equestrian center, acres of park land, three swimming pools and other amenities including water access.
Rose Hill is governed by a Property Owners’ Association with a Board of Directors. Property owners are subject to official Covenants,Conditions Restrictions, Rules and Regulations, and Architectural Guidelines. We strive to maintain affordable association fees that currently total $2,500 per year for improved properties and $1,664 for unimproved properties.
Rose Hill Plantation has a rich history dating pre civil war and is the location of the Mansion at Rose Hill (private property), a circa 1858 Gothic Revival on the National Register of Historic Places.
