From tranquil passive parks with nature trails and vistas of tidal marshes, to lively swimming pools, neighborhood tennis courts and a playground, Rose Hill residents have an array of amenities that appeal to all ages.

Bill Baker Park
Bill Baker Park encompasses 50 acres of dedicated green space. Hop on your bike or take a leisurely stroll on the picturesque nature trail. The nearly two-mile, eight-foot wide path was completely repaved in spring 2023. You are sure to encounter Lowcountry wildlife including heron, ibis, egrets, deer, alligators and lots of turtles!

Colleton Point Landing
At Colleton Point Landing you can immerse yourself in your favorite Lowcountry pastime.  Water access allows you to launch your boat into the Colleton River which leads to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Paddleboard or kayak through meandering waterways and marsh grasses. Other features include a fishing/crabbing dock, gazebo and a stunning newly renovated event facility.  Colleton Point Landing offers one of the most spectacular panoramic vistas in Beaufort County.

Swimming Pools and Playground
Splash the heat away in one of three swimming pools located throughout the community.  A childrens’ playground is located on the south side of the Plantation across from the Golf Clubhouse.

Tennis & Pickleball
Two clay courts, one hard court and four pickleball courts are available to all residents. 

Bocce Ball
Two newly refurbished bocce ball courts are located in Willow Lake Park.

The Annex
Residents have access to a charming meeting facility with a lending library maintained by volunteers.  It’s a perfect setting for getting together with friends for smaller social gatherings, committee meetings or a game of cards.
