Welcome to the online home of the Sawgrass owner associations. Sawgrass is a gated community just a few miles from the beaches and attractions of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It features gracious single family and townhomes, many in a wooded setting.
 
Two expansive clubhouses each offer pools, well-equipped exercise facilities, along with ample social and meeting space. Grill areas, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court and bocce courts as well as tabletop shuffleboard and corn hole add to the amenities, all fostering opportunities to meet neighbors and enjoy the community's many planned activities.
