SeaScape Payment & Webaxis Information
You have the ability to view your account by registering on Webaxis. SeaScape Property Management offers homeowners the ability to have the payment automatically withdrawn from your checking account. If you are interested, please complete the ACH form on SeaScape Interactive. While you can always mail the Association a check directly, sometimes
having this electronic method of payment is more convenient. Seascape Property Management will email all homeowners a reminder invoice approximately 10 days prior to the due date.

Regardless of how you make a payment, everyone SHOULD register for WebAxis so you have access to your financial data with the association.

What is the website for Webaxis?
Use the following URL to establish your access: https://seascape.cincwebaxis.com.You will be asked to fill out certain information.  You need ONLY fill out the * Required information.

This software is ONLY for financials, it does not displace or take the place of SeaScape Interactive in any way 

Where do I find my account number?
AFTER your account is established, please make a note of your account number and put it on any/all checks you send in for payment.  Put it in the memo line

Where do I mail my payments?
If you mail in checks for payment, in addition to including the account number, please also update the mailing address to our payments only address of PO Box 1380, Millsboro, DE 19966. Make any checks out to the name of your association and do not make checks payable to SeaScape.

Can I pay my assessments with a credit card or eCheck?
Yes, the new system takes Credit Cards and eChecks.  eChecks are basically an on demand ACH from your bank account. 

Are there fees associated with paying with a credit card or eCheck?
Yes, there are fees associated with a credit card and eChecks.  Those fees are paid at the time of the transaction and are additional to the amount due to the association.  None of these fees are set or charged by the association or SeaScape.  These are all third party provider fees. If the card you are using to pay says MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express on it, it is a Credit Card and subject to the fees. 

What if I live in a community with a HOA & a Condo Association?
IF you live in a community with multiple associations (ie: a master HOA and a sub COA), you will need log into your Webaxis account & then register the additional account. Do you this: log into Webaxis, click on your name in the top right & click on "My Profile". Once on the "My Profile" screen, click the blue "Register an Additional Property" icon & complete the required information. 

What if I live in multiple communities which SeaScape manages?
IF you live multiple communities, which SeaScape manages you can link all Associations to your one Webaxis account. Once you log into Webaxis, you will need to register the additional account. Do you this: log into Webaxis, click on your name in the top right & click on "My Profile". Once on the "My Profile" screen, click the blue "Register an Additional Property" icon & complete the required information.
