The Glade is a residential community of 256 homes located in Rehoboth, Delaware. Surrounded almost entirely by the Cape Henlopen State Park and preserved Open Space, owners enjoy a location that is just minutes from downtown Rehoboth, the Tanger outlets, downtown Lewes and the Junction Breakwater Trail. Within the community, a modern and beautifully appointed Clubhouse provides the perfect place to relax, host a party, or watch your favorite team on the 60" high definition TV screen. The indoor racquetball court and newly renovated Clubhouse gym make it convenient to stay fit. In addition to a beautiful, outdoor pool which is often the center of warm weather activities, members have access to 2 Har-tru tennis courts and the new volleyball court. Our on-site property manager keeps the common grounds looking their best while working behind the scenes with the Board of Directors to keep the business of the Property Owner's Association running smooth. And, if you like, there are plenty of opportunities for meeting your neighbors or indulging yourself in a hobby when you join one or more of our Social Groups. The Quilting Group and Mah-Jong are open and meet regularly.
