• The Resort Pool and Lap Pool are open daily from 9 am - 9 pm. The Lap Pool is open from 5 am - 9 am for lap swim only.
• Both pools are open May 15 - October 15.
• The pools are swim at your own risk
• Resort Pool slides may only be in use when lifeguards are present, per state law (see lifeguard schedule below)
• Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children may not enter the pool area without adult supervision.
• No diving
• No glass in pool area
• No bicycles, skateboards or scooters are allowed beyond the main gate
• No smoking, electronic cigarettes, or vaping in the pool area
• No running or horseplay
• No BBQ grills
• No climbing on the lap pool ropes
• Headphones/earbuds must be worn when listening to musical entertainment devices
• Shower before entering the pool - anyone using Sport Courts or Sand Volleyball Court must shower prior to entering the water
• Do not use pool alone
• No eating or drinking in the pool
• No animals or pets in the pool area
• Swim diapers must be worn by all children not toilet trained
• The pools cannot be used for private parties. Maximum of 4 guests allowed per household. Resident must accompany guests for duration of visit
• No saving, or reserving of cabanas, tables, loungers or pool chairs
• Proper swim attire is required
• No speakers or personal music allowed
• No large floatation devices allowed
• At lifeguard’s discretion, the pool may be closed due to unsafe weather conditions, incorrect pool chemical readings or contamination of the pool.
• Parents: Your child’s safety is a shared responsibility. Lifeguards are provided for monitoring the safety of all guests and should not be considered supervision for your child.
• For emergencies call 9-1-1. Emergency phone is located outside of the main gate and on the fence at the Resort Pool.

Failure to abide by the rules may result in your removal from the pools/amenity. The lifeguards and HOA Management may, at their discretion, contact the Fort Worth Police Department for assistance with a non-compliant owner/resident.

Lifeguard Hours at Resort Pool
Lifeguards are on duty daily at the Resort Pool from 12 pm - 8 pm from May 25 - August 13. Lifeguards are on duty weekends only August 18-19, August 26-27 and September 1-4 for the Labor Day Holiday. No lifeguards are on duty after September 4. **Please note: Water slides may only be used when lifeguards are present on the deck, per state law. (No lifeguards at Lap Pool)
