There are several ways you can pay your assessments. 

Homeowners can pay by check. If paying by check, make the check payable to Windsor Knolls HOA and mail it to: Windsor Knolls HOA, c/o CAS, Inc., PO Box 11973, Newark, NJ 07101-4973. Please remember to send the coupon with your check so that your account will be credited correctly.

Homeowners can pay by e-check through their own personal banking institution. If you pay by e-check please ensure your bank sends the payment so that it reaches the lockbox by the first of every month.

Homeowners may sign up for the Association's free auto debit service.  To sign up for auto debit, go to 'Documents' on the menu bar, print out and complete the auto debit sign-up form and send it to the management company. Homeowners can also pay using bill-pay services through their personal banking institution.
