The Conservancy is a 307-acre Homeowners Association located at the intersection of Mill Pond Road and Monocacy Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland.  At build out, the community will boast 1326 homes consisting of single family homes, villas, chateaus, townhomes and condominiums.  All are state of the art in design features.

Worman’s Mill is a nationally award-winning and internationally recognized neo-traditional mixed use community and modeled after turn-of-the-century New England small towns.  The community has won the “State of Maryland’s Smart Growth Award”, a national “Best In American Living Award”, and has been recognized by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation for its innovative neighborhoods, signature green spaces, common areas and focus on inter-generational living.

The community is divided into ‘neighborhoods’.  Each neighborhood has its own set of services, from front door trash pick up to door-to-driveway snow removal and lawn service.

The amenities in the community include a 7500 square foot clubhouse which encompasses a card/game room, library, fitness room, billiard room, table tennis room and TV room.  We have three (3) swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts, a putting green, walking paths, a tot lot and several signature parks.  There are also many activities for community members held at the clubhouse.
