The Basketball Court is located in the rear of the Clubhouse. The court is available on a first-come first–available basis unless reserved for a Conservancy event. Please see the Recreational Facilities Use Privileges for additional rules and guidelines.

Clubhouse
The Management Office in the Clubhouse is open Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. This means that any business that you need to conduct with the Conservancy must be done during that time.
Your Facility Badge will permit you to enter the Clubhouse between the hours of 5 am and 10 pm, seven days per week. An access control and security system allow for the Clubhouse to be monitored at all times, even when the front desk is not staffed.
Please be aware that the Clubhouse will automatically alarm at 10:15 pm and disarm at 5 am. If you are not out of the clubhouse by 10 pm, the alarm will be tripped and the police will be dispatched. You will be held responsible for any fines assessed by the Frederick County Police.
If you are the last person to leave the clubhouse in the evening, please be responsible and turn out the lights so that we can conserve energy.

The Game Room is located in the Clubhouse on the lower level and is available to all residents in good standing with a Facilities Access Pass electronic Photo key card during the hours of 5:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The Billiards Room is available on a first-come first –available basis unless reserved for a Committee or Group. Library
The library is open to all Worman's Mill residents. It is located in the upper level of the Clubhouse. There are also books in the lower level TV room. The library is on an honor system, with a three (3) book limit.

Playground
The Tot Lot is located in the rear of the Clubhouse and is for the enjoyment of the residents and their guests of Worman’s Mill until dusk daily.

Putting Green
The putting green is located in front of our Clubhouse. It is a professional, high quality synthetic putting green surface with 10 pro-series putting sleeves is for the enjoyment of the residents and their guests. Signature Parks
The architecture is uniquely Worman's Mill, with varied landscaping and hardscapes that add beauty. There are several small pocket parks and water features. The importance of nature is emphasized in the community-wide access to the Monocacy River and its streams.

Swimming Pools
Three (3) swimming pools are located behind the club house. They are open to all Worman's Mill residents in good standing and their guests (starting May 27th).
Summer 2023 Pool Season Hours- NEW EXTENDED HOURS!
Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day: The pool opens on Memorial Day Weekend Saturday, May 27 through Monday, September 4. The pool hours are 11:00am - 8:00pm.
Pool will be CLOSED September 5-8
Last Weekend: September 9th and September 10th - 11:00am-8:00pm

Walking Trails
Worman's Mill rests beside the gorgeous Monocacy River and Tuscarora Creek, with preserved nature, parks, trails, biking trails and open areas, it makes us the perfect destination for those who take comfort in the outdoors. Whether you prefer to get a relaxing breath of fresh air, take a challenging walk, go for a jog, or ride your bike, you’ll find what you’re looking for on our trails.
