ARC GUIDELINE COMMITTEE

In 2011 the ARC established a set of guidelines to help homeowners plan their property modifications in compliance with the deed restrictions in Articles VIII and IX of the WLCA Declaration. However, some of the guidelines have become outdated as Florida laws changed or new products became available. The ARC Guideline Committee was formed in 2018 to address these issues. This committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Community Building.

The ARC Guideline Committee reviews and updates WLCA ARC Guidelines to ensure they are up-to-date and consistent with our documents. The members represent a balance of ARC, neighborhood board, and homeowner interests, but the charter ensures that the WLCA ARC never has a majority of members.
