The Woods Community Center is available to residents of The Woods in good standing with the Association. A $200.00 rental fee and a $500.00 refundable security deposit per event will be due and payable at the time of reservation for the use of the building. The Woods resident must complete and sign the contract.

The Woods Community Center will accommodate up to 96 guests.

~ Pool facilities may not be used in conjunction with rental of The Woods Community Center ~

(8) – 3 x 8 Rectangular / Buffet-style

Pool Party Guidelines:

1. A party is defined as having 5 or more guests.
2. All parties MUST be arranged through the Woods office at least 10 days in advance.
3. You will be responsible for paying for an extra lifeguard during party hours. The cost is $20 / hour with a 3 hour minimum, per 15 guests.  Any party with over 30 guests would require Board approval. 
**If party is not scheduled through the office, you will not be allowed to use the pool.
