Quarterly assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter, if payment is not received by the 60th day of each quarter a late fee of 5% will be assessed to the account. To pay your quarterly assessments you have the following options:

1. Pay by one-time or recurring E-check (no convenience fee), Auto Draft (no convenience fee), or credit card (3% convenience fee) online through https://portal.nrpartnersllc.com
